Request account deletion
If you would like to delete your Simbi account and associated personal data, you can:
- use any account deletion feature available within the app, where provided
- email us at support@getsimbi.com
When we receive a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable timeframe unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or other lawful reasons.
Depending on how the Services are used, deletion may include removal of:
- account information
- child profile information
- saved stories and related in-app content
- associated support records, where appropriate
Request access or correction
You may contact us at support@getsimbi.com to:
- request access to the personal data associated with your account
- request correction of inaccurate personal data
- ask questions about how your data is collected, used, stored, or shared
Child profile requests
Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of child profile information by contacting support@getsimbi.com.

To protect user privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests.
